Prepatory Process
Research. I stay open minded because things aren’t always what they seem to be.
Before jumping directly into conclusions I take time to summarizes collected data. It involves the interpretation of data gathered through market research, competitive analyses, consulting and exploring possible solutions to determine patterns, relationships or trends.

Action plan. Phase of transformation research insights into tactics. If I want to help business to create services that your customers will love, we need to understand their needs, emotions, motives, and values. A good strategy is a continuous cycle of getting new leads and turning them into creative solution that is doable.

Problem-solving. Cool concepts are just bets in the lottery if you haven’t validated your assumptions. During the transition from wireframes into the final design, I create prototypes simulating finalnal end results before development.

Innovation trinity.
Deliverables should be specific, measurable, and have realistic timelines. In terms to produce a successful solution, the best strategy for a creative team is to make sure that solution is feasible, desirable and valuable for the business and customers.
